These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Enock (the "Service"), which is operated by Site Done Now LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Enock is a personal productivity tool designed to help you structure your time and track execution.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to provide information such as your email address.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of your information
- Keeping your account secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of Enock may require payment.
a. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g. monthly or yearly)
- You will be charged using the payment method associated with your account
b. Billing
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe)
- Prices and features may change over time
- You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase
c. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you must manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
d. Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must be handled through their respective platforms
4. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any data you input into Enock, including:
- Time blocks
- Schedules
- Notes or other content
By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to use this data solely to:
- Operate the Service
- Improve the product
- Provide support
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Enock may integrate with third-party services (e.g. calendars) if you choose to connect them.
- These integrations require your explicit permission
- We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer
Enock is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no guarantees that:
- The Service will meet your expectations
- The results you achieve (e.g. productivity, execution) will be specific or guaranteed
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Site Done Now LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of productivity
- Business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will notify users through the Service or email.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of Site Done Now LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
